What is Club Melissa?

Club Melissa is our newly upgraded loyalty programme which rewards our shoppers for just simply being a fan. The more you shop, the bigger your rewards!

Beyond just receiving the latest Melissa news like product updates, offers and promotions; Club Melissa is a tier-based programme which rewards its shoppers - the higher the tier, the more rewarding the perks. Members of a higher tier will enjoy additional shopping privileges, first dibs on offers and treats, earn even more points per purchase to offset future purchases, and receive invitations to exclusive events specially reserved for them.

Club Melissa privileges are valid and applicable to purchases made across all our Melissa boutiques in Singapore, and online at www.melissa.com.sg. 

 

How do I become a Club Melissa member? 

Our Club Melissa loyalty programme is free and anyone can become a Club Melissa member!
Simply register online by creating an account here or approach any of our friendly Stylists at our boutiques.

 

How does the updated Club Melissa loyalty programme work?

Club Melissa is a tier-based loyalty programme. 

A member’s membership tier is determined by the amount he/she has spent on qualifying purchases, within a calendar year (January to December).  

Club Melissa consists of three tiers - White, Black and Gold - each with their own set of privileges. 

 

How do I qualify as a Club Melissa member and what is the validity of my membership?

Club Melissa White

Membership is free and no minimum spend is required!

Simply sign up online or in-stores to join, and you can immediately enjoy lifetime benefits of a Club Melissa White member.

 

Club Melissa Black

Accumulate a minimum spend of S$300 nett within a calendar year.

Membership tier status is renewed every year on 1 January when accumulated spending amount will be reset to zero.

To retain your Club Melissa Black status the following year, simply maintain a minimum accumulated spend of S$300 within the current year by 31 December.

Club Melissa Black members whose accumulated spend falls below S$300 will have their memberships downgraded to the Club Melissa White tier. 

 

Club Melissa Gold

Accumulate a minimum spend of S$800 nett within a calendar year.

Membership tier status is renewed every year on 1 January when accumulated spending amount will be reset to zero.

To retain your Club Melissa Gold status the following year, simply maintain a minimum accumulated spend of S$800 within the current year by 31 December.

Club Melissa Gold members whose accumulated spend falls below S$800 will have their memberships downgraded to either the Club Melissa Black or White depending on their spend for the year.

How do I earn Club Melissa Points?

At any Melissa Store

Simply provide our Stylists with your mobile number/email address as your identification, before making payment. Points earned from in-store purchases will be reflected in your account within 24 hours, the next working day.

Online

Log in to your Melissa account and proceed with payment of your purchase. Points earned from your purchases will be automatically reflected in your account.
Points earned from online purchases will be reflected in your accounts within 10 working days.
 

How are points calculated?

Points earned are calculated based on the respective member’s membership tier.
During each transaction, points earned will be rounded down to the nearest point value.
The value for every point earned is S$0.10.

 

How do I redeem my Club Melissa Points?

You may choose to retain your points, or redeem all your balance points in your account to offset your future purchase. We are unable to make partial redemptions and apologise for any inconvenience.

To redeem your points, check with our Stylists in-store upon making your purchase. Redemption of points are temporarily only available for in-store purchases. We’re currently working to bring you a digital experience for Club Melissa where you can also earn points for your online purchases, so stay tuned!

 

What happens if the amount of Club Melissa Points I have is more than the item I want to redeem my purchase on?

In the event that the amount of points in your account exceeds the value of the item purchased, we will only deduct the amount of points required. Any balance will remain in the account for future redemption.

 

Is there a limit to redeeming my Club Melissa Points?

You may only redeem your points once per transaction. Redemptions made will deduct any remaining points in your account. 

 

Can I cancel my Club Melissa Points redemption?

No, you cannot reverse the redemption once the transaction has been made and completed.

 

What happens to my Club Melissa Points when I return an item?

Once we have accepted your return, we will issue you a refund. Club Melissa points earned from the returned item will also subsequently be deducted from your account.

However, in the event that the points earned from the returned item are utilised before the deduction is processed, we will deduct the dollar value equivalent to the Club Melissa Points, from the refund amount.

 

How do I check my Club Melissa Points balance?

You may check your Club Melissa Points balance in-store. Simply approach any of our Stylists and they will be happy to assist.

Alternatively, you may refer to your receipt after making a purchase in-store. A recap of your Club Melissa Points balance will be reflected on the receipt.

We’re currently working to bring you a digital experience for Club Melissa where you can soon also access and view your Club Melissa Points balance online, so stay tuned!

 

How long will it take to reflect my membership status?

Any updates to your membership status will be reflected within 2 working days.

 

What privileges will I enjoy as a Club Melissa White member?

Club Melissa White members can enjoy 2x points on one purchase during your birthday month. To redeem, simply present the email you received from us to our Stylist, and verify your account with your phone number/email address. Birthday privileges are only valid during member's birthday month.

 

What privileges will I enjoy as a Club Melissa Black or Club Melissa Gold member?

Club Melissa Black and Gold members are eligible to enjoy the awarded Birthday privileges during your birthday month. We will notify eligible members via email, so remember to stay connected!

Birthday discounts of 10% and 20% for Club Melissa Black and Gold members respectively, are only valid for a one-time use and on regular-priced item(s). Birthday discounts can only be utilised once in-store. Club Melissa Black and Gold members also get to enjoy 2x points on one transaction during your birthday month. To redeem, simply present the email you received from us to our Stylist, and verify your account with your phone number/email address. Birthday privileges are only valid during member's birthday month.

 

As a Club Melissa Gold member, I have a birthday gift too; how do I redeem it?

Club Melissa Gold members will receive an email on their birthday month to redeem a pair of Melissa shoes worth S$160. Redemption of the birthday gift can only be done at any of our Melissa boutiques in Singapore. Simply present the email you received from us to our Stylist, and verify your account with your phone number.

Please be informed that the management of Melissa Singapore reserves the right to amend or discontinue the birthday offer without prior notice.

 

Is there an expiry date on the Club Melissa Points earned?

Yes, points will expire after 12 months from the date of the last transaction. 

 

What are the products that are excluded from earning Club Melissa points?

Purchase of gift vouchers and other merchandise that do not belong to the Melissa brand, will not qualify for Club Melissa points earned.

 

Is membership transferable?

Club Melissa membership is non-transferable and can only be utilised by the account holder.

 

I am unable to log into my Club Melissa account even though I am a member?

How do I update my personal details?

Log in to your Club Melissa account online and update your personal details under Dashboard. However, for changes to your date of birth, you will need to write in to info@mdreams.com.sg
