Envi Membership is a tier-based programme which rewards its shoppers - the higher the tier, the more rewarding the perks. Members of a higher tier will enjoy additional shopping privileges, first dibs on offers and treats, earn even more points per purchase to offset future purchases, and receive invitations to exclusive events specially reserved for them.
Important Update on Loyalty Points Expiry
Starting 1 March 2025, all loyalty points will expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
For our existing members, there is a grace period:
Points earned in 2023 and earlier will expire on 28 February 2025.

Q: What is the Envi Membership Program?
A: The Envi Membership Program is Melissa’s loyalty program where members earn points for every purchase, enjoy exclusive rewards, and gain access to special perks and events.
Q: How many membership tiers are there?
A: There are three tiers:
- White: Free to join
- Black: Requires a minimum spend of $300
- Gold: Requires a minimum spend of $800
Membership Tiers
Q: How do I join the White Tier?
A: The White Tier is free to join! Simply sign up online or in-store to start earning points.
Q: How do I qualify for the Black Tier?
A: Spend a minimum of $300 in a calendar year to be upgraded to the Black Tier.
Q: How do I qualify for the Gold Tier?
A: Spend a minimum of $800 in a calendar year to be upgraded to the Gold Tier.
Q: What happens if I don’t meet the minimum spend to retain my Black or Gold Tier status?
A: If you don’t meet the annual minimum spend, your membership tier will be downgraded to the appropriate level based on your spend for that year.
Points System
Q: How do I earn Envi Points?
In Stores:
Provide our Stylists with your mobile number or email address before making payment. Points earned from in-store purchases will be reflected in your account within 24 hours (next working day).
Online:
Log in to your Melissa account before making payment. Points earned from online purchases will be reflected in your account within 10 working days.
Q: How are points calculated?
A: Envi Points earned are based on your membership tier and the final amount paid after discounts (if applicable). Points earned per transaction are rounded down to the nearest point. Each point is valued at S$0.10.
Q: How much are points worth?
A: Each point is worth S$0.10, which can be used to offset future purchases.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Yes, points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
Redeeming Cashback
Q: How do I redeem my cashback?
A: Cashback in the form of Envi Points can be used to offset future purchases at:
- Melissa stores
- Melissa Outlet
- www.melissashoes.com.sg
Exclusions: Gift vouchers and shipping fees cannot be redeemed with Envi Points.
Q: Is partial redemption available?
A: Partial redemption of Envi Points is not available. You must redeem all available points in your account during a transaction or retain them for future use.
Q: What happens if I have more points than the value of the item?
A: Only the amount of points required for the purchase will be deducted. Any remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
Q: Is there a limit to redeeming my Envi Points?
A: You can redeem your points once per transaction. Redemptions will deduct any remaining points in your account.
Q: Can I cancel my Envi Points redemption?
A: No, once a redemption has been made and completed, it cannot be reversed.
Birthday Rewards
Q: What are the birthday rewards for each tier?
A:
- White: 1 point for every $1 spent in-store during your birthday month.
- Black: 2 points for every $1 spent in-store, plus 10% off one purchase during your birthday month.
- Gold: 4 points for every $1 spent in-store, 20% off one purchase, and a free pair of Melissa shoes (worth $160) during your birthday month. Free pair of shoes are redeemable in-store ONLY and valid on 1 purchase during member’s birthday month, on any item.
Q: Are birthday perks applicable to all items?
A: Birthday perks for Black and Gold members are not valid on markdown or collaboration items.

Q: What are the exclusive perks for Black and Gold members?
A: Black and Gold members enjoy:
- Invitations to members-only events and private sales.
- Gold members also get early access to private events.
Q: What is the welcome gift for Black and Gold members?

- Gold: 500 loyalty points
Managing My Membership
Q: How do I track my points and tier status?
A: Log in to your account on Melissa.com.sg or visit a Melissa store to check your points balance and tier status.
Q: Can I transfer my points to someone else?
A: No, loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Q: How do I update my membership information?
A: You can update your details online or in-store with the help of our staff.
Other Questions
Q: Can I use points and discounts during promotions?
A: Yes, points can be used during promotions, but birthday perks for Black and Gold members cannot be applied to markdown or collaboration items.
Q: What happens to my points if I return an item?
A: Points earned from the returned item will be deducted from your account.
