Why do I have to create an account?

There are actually many perks of creating an account with us. By doing so, you will be able to checkout faster, be kept up-to-date on your order status, keep track of all your previous orders and your Store Credit balance if you have any.

Creating an account will take no more than a few minutes so you have nothing to lose!

How do I create an account?

Follow these easy steps:

Click on the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" button on the top-right hand corner of the page.
Fill in all the required details and click “SUBMIT”.
Please make sure to keep your login and password details secret!

Voila! Your account is created and you will receive an email confirmation stating this.

How can I make a purchase?

Here’s how you can start shopping on https://melissa.com.sg !

Log into your account.
Browse around. You may use the filter options available on the side bar to help you.
Click on selected product and then click “ADD TO BAG”.
Once you are satisfied with your purchase, proceed to the shopping bag icon and click on “CHECKOUT” when you are ready to complete your purchase.
Fill in the delivery and payment details as required and any promotion code if available.
Do review your order one more time to be sure that the information provided are correct before clicking on the “SUBMIT ORDER” function.
Your order will be confirmed once the system validates your details and you will see an order confirmation with your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation with the order summary.

How to remove an item in my shopping bag?

Follow these steps:

Click on the shopping bag icon on the top of the site page to go to your shopping bag.
Click on “REMOVE”. Your shopping bag will be updated and that item will be removed immediately.

How do I search for an item I want to purchase?

There are two ways about this.

Use the category navigation tool located on the left of the page.
Use the search engine tool located on the top of the page and type in your keyword(s).

“Payment pending" for my order?

Don’t worry, that just means that your payment is still being processed. There is no need to make another order.

Once your order has been confirmed, a confirmation email, along with delivery details will be sent immediately to you. However, if you still have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please drop us an email at info@melissa.com.sg.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any orders that have been confirmed and paid for since it may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

If you wish to add more items to your order, a separate order will have to be made.

Can I cancel my order?

We are happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed. Please email us at info@melissa.com.sg. It will take up to 3 working days to process the refund via Store Credits. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Please note that once the order has been processed, we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation request as the order may be in transit on its way to you!

However, you have the option to return the order when you receive it. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on the return procedure.

I made a mistake in my delivery address! What do I do?

If you realised you have made a mistake with your address, contact details or recipient name, please drop us an email at info@melissa.com.sg immediately. We will do our best to help you!

What are the payment methods available?

We accept payments through Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe.

All payment methods accept major debit/credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

How do I know if my payment is successful?

You will receive an email notification from us to inform you whether your payment was successful or not once your order has been confirmed. Please be assured your card details will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards.
