Terms and Conditions:
1. The Melissale Lucky Draw is organised by Enviably Me Pte Ltd/ Melissa Shoes Singapore.
2. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any additional terms or amendments which may be made or issued by us.
3. Non-compliance with, or breach of any of the T&Cs, may disqualify you at any stage from the lucky draw, and any prizes may be withheld, forfeited or reclaimed.
4. Entry forms (whether in physical forms submitted at the stores or digital forms submitted online) for the lucky draw must be submitted by 30 June 2023 to qualify for the lucky draw.
5. We accept no responsibility for incomplete or late submissions, including but not limited to technical malfunctions such as computer hardware, computer software, network and/ or server failure.
6. You are entitled to one (1) chance and one (1) submission per every qualifying purchase
7. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, you must:
1. Make a qualifying purchase at any participating Melissa store, or online at www.melissa.com.sg
2. Provide complete, legible, accurate and valid information as required in the entry form
3. Deposit physical forms in designated boxes for in-store purchases OR submit digital forms for online purchases
4. Be at least 18 years old
5. Be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident or have a Singapore residential address
6. Be a Club Melissa member
8. We reserve the right to not allow participation by any person, or to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from winning a prize if we believe that such person may have contravened or may contravene any of the terms.
9. You may submit multiple entry forms, and you may have multiple chances to win, but you will not be eligible to win more than one prize in the lucky draw.
10. To qualify for prize redemption, you must pick up the phone when we call you; or we will reserve the right to pick the next winner.
11. Prizes which are not claimed/redeemed within 30 days of announcement of the winners, will be forfeited.
12. We may forfeit the prize, or if already awarded, reclaim the prize at the expense of the winner without compensation if in our absolute determination the winner is not eligible or is disqualified.
13. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. We reserve the right to replace prizes with items of similar value as determined by us without prior notice. If prizes are subject to collection or use by a certain date, no requests for extensions or replacements will be entertained. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and by accepting the prize, you agree to comply with the same. If any cost or liability including tax is payable in connection with the prize, such cost or liability is the winner’s sole responsibility.
14. By participating in the lucky draw, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Such personal data includes but is not limited to your name, contact details, date of birth, and home address. In accordance with the Advisory Guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”), we will not collect your full NRIC number.
15. The purposes for which personal data collected by us from you may be selectively used and/ or shared with third parties for the sole purpose of conducting and administering the lucky draw and communicating with you in relation to the lucky draw.
16. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you also consent to our use of your personal data such as your email address and phone number in connection with our marketing and promotional activities. If you wish to opt out of being contacted for our latest products, promotional offers, lucky draws and other marketing information, you may unsubscribe from the mailing list via the unsubscribe facility in the communication.
17. By participating in the lucky draw, you also consent and agree without further compensation to you:
1. To participate in such activities as may be organised by Enviably Me Pte Ltd/ Melissa Shoes SG in relation to the lucky draw; and
2. To grant us the use of your name, image, voice and/ or likeness for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity and/ or other purposes, to the extent permitted by law, and that all intellectual property rights in any photograph or video. If you do not agree to such use, you will be disqualified from participating in the lucky draw.
18. We have commercially reasonable safeguards and measures to ensure that information and data remain secure, but no security measures are infallible and we do not warrant, represent, or undertake in any way that your personal data and/ or communications will always remain private and safe. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any loss, theft, unauthorised access, collection use, disclosure, copy, modification, or other action relating to any personal data held by us.
19. Our decision with respect to all aspects of the lucky draw are final and non-appealable, and no correspondence regarding any aspect of the lucky draw will be entertained.
