1. What is the “Best Price Always”?
- If you purchase an item from us and find the exact same style, color, and size listed at a lower price on another platform within 3 days, we’ll credit you double the price difference in loyalty points.
2. How do I submit a claim?

3. When will I receive the loyalty points?
- Once verified, loyalty points will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
4. Which purchases are eligible?

Only applies to purchases made directly on our official website.

Competitor price must be from an authorized retailer (not resellers, marketplaces without official stores, or second-hand platforms).
5. Are there any exclusions?
Yes. Price Match does not apply to:

Flash sales or time-limited promotions

Prices that include membership/loyalty discounts from other platforms
6. How long do I have to make a claim?
- You must submit your claim within 3 days of purchase. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
7. What if the authorized retailer's product is out of stock?
- The authorized retailer's item must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price at the time of your claim.
