     1. What is the “Best Price Always”?

  • If you purchase an item from us and find the exact same style, color, and size listed at a lower price on another platform within 3 days, we’ll credit you double the price difference in loyalty points.

     2.  How do I submit a claim?

  • Simply fill in the form below:
  • Your order number

  • screenshot of another authorized retailer's price (with date & time visible)

  • The link to the authorized retailer's product listing


     3. When will I receive the loyalty points?

  • Once verified, loyalty points will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

     4. Which purchases are eligible?

  • Only applies to purchases made directly on our official website.

  • Competitor price must be from an authorized retailer (not resellers, marketplaces without official stores, or second-hand platforms).


     5. Are there any exclusions?

        Yes. Price Match does not apply to:

  • Flash sales or time-limited promotions

  • Bundle offers or gift-with-purchase deals

  • Pre-orders or clearance items

  • Prices that include membership/loyalty discounts from other platforms


     6. How long do I have to make a claim?

  • You must submit your claim within 3 days of purchase. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

     7. What if the authorized retailer's product is out of stock?

  • The authorized retailer's item must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price at the time of your claim.
